Your appointments are important to us. I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may need it.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Missed appointments without any notice (no-shows) may be charged the full session fee.
